Stendörren has acquired the warehouse property Kalliotie 2, Tuusula, from a private seller. The total agreed property value amounts to EUR 11.5 million. The total lettable area is 13,600 sqm, fully let to multiple tenants.
“We are excited to continue our expansion into the Helsinki region with an attractive addition. The acquisition supports our ambition of developing a portfolio with critical mass in the Helsinki region,” says Johan Malmberg, CIO of Stendörren.
The closing is expected to take place on the 19th of September 2024.
