The investment is the first greenfield logistics development project for Capman Real Estate. The investment is made in a joint venture together with logistics development operating partner Nordsten Development. The seller is Venturi Fastigheter.

Unobo sells residential property in Helsingborg to Resinova

Sweden Sweden — Unobo AB sells the property Guldgubben 1 in Helsingborg to Resinova Bostads AB. The property was built in 2020, has 95 apartments with 4,846 sqm BOA plus part in the garage. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 197 million (EUR 17 million), which exceeds the latest external valuation. Guldgubben 1 is located at Maria station in northern Helsingborg.

Nyfosa sells to Blackstone

Sweden Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest 9 light-industrial and warehouse properties with a total lettable area of 58,000 square meters. The properties are located in Burlöv, Gothenburg, Haninge, Huddinge and Härryda. The agreed property value amounts to MSEK 761 (EUR 65.6 million).

Castellum sells properties for approximately EUR 78 million

Sweden Sweden — Castellum is selling five properties for a total of approximately SEK 900 million (EUR 77.8 million), in line with the carrying amounts. The properties comprise a portfolio of four retail properties in Nyköping, Jönköping and Linköping that are being sold for approximately SEK 600 milllion (EUR 51.7 million). In addition, an industrial property in Västerås is being divested for approximately SEK 300 million (EUR 25.9 million).

Colliers' Nordic CEO: This is when the real estate market will turn

Finland Finland — YIT and Fennia have signed a contract for the sale of the Maistraatinportti office building located in Länsi-Pasila, Helsinki. The office property will be purchased for a real estate investment portfolio managed by S-Bank Properties Ltd. The buyer in the transaction is an investment company belonging to the Fennia real estate portfolio. Maistraatinportti is YIT’s self-developed renovation site, with approximately 12,400 sqm of versatile office space and services.

Fokus Asset Management changes its name to Fokus Nordic and expands into Finland
