Sweden Sweden — Logicenters is now acquiring a warehouse facility in Eskilstuna with a total area of 71 600 sqm. The logistics company Logent – operating on behalf of Beijer Byggmaterial – will be the tenant in the property. The facility also includes a building right for an additional 27 000 sqm and is expected to be completed by the end of April 2024.

Unobo sells residential property in Helsingborg to Resinova

Sweden Sweden — Unobo AB sells the property Guldgubben 1 in Helsingborg to Resinova Bostads AB. The property was built in 2020, has 95 apartments with 4,846 sqm BOA plus part in the garage.
