Sweden Sweden — In December 2014, Besqab, as part of a JV company, entered into an agreement for the acquisition of approximately 700 prospective building rights within the Lövholmen area in Stockholm, of which Besqab's share is approximately 350 homes. The agreement, which is conditioned, among other things, by a new detailed plan for residential purposes, recently expired. Due to changed market conditions, Besqab has chosen not to extend the agreement to instead focus on other interesting acquisition opportunities.
