Stendörren signs lease agreement for 3,161 sqm of logistics premises in Brunna

Sweden Sweden — Stendörren Fastigheter AB has signed a 15-year lease agreement with Stockholms Stadsmission regarding premises for logistics on the property Viby 19:66 in Brunna. The premises of 3,161 sqm comprise just over fifty percent of an entire building, which will thus be fully leased. The building was completed in Q2 2023. Access to the premises will take place on October 1, 2023.

SBB enters into LOIs with tenants to sell properties
