Sweden Sweden — Svenska Hus expands its commercial portfolio and acquires another property, Induktorn 37, in the Ulvsunda industrial area in Bromma, where Svenska Hus today owns seven properties of approximately 34,000 square meters. The property at Ranhammarsvägen 26 contains offices and warehouses of approximately 6,700 square meters and is fully leased until June 2029. The acquisition was made from Corem and access took place on March 24.
