NCC to Build Residential Units for HSB Gothenburg

In collaboration with HSB Gothenburg, NCC will construct 135 tenant-owner apartments in Gothenburg. The apartments will form the HSB brf Sannaparken block and are a part of the new Fixfabiken residential area that is being developed in Majorna, western Gothenburg. The order value is approximately SEK 285 million.

The 60,900 square meter logistic center was acquired in February 2018 and has since been upgraded with e.g. solar panels and LED lights. The fully leased property was awarded with BREEAM In-Use Good certification in 2020.

Pandox Takes Over Operations of Two Hotels in Copenhagen
