Lundberg Makes Large Linköping Investment

Lundbergs invests approximately MSEK 570 in an office project in central Linköping. The office building of approximately 13,500 sqm of lettable area and garage is scheduled for construction during the first half of 2019 and is expected to be ready for occupation in the second half of 2021. Rental agreements with Danske Bank of approximately 4,000 square meters have already been signed.
