Skanska Signs Major Lease in Boston

Sweden Sweden — Skanska has signed a lease with PTC for about 250,000 square feet, 23,125 square meters, at its 121 Seaport office development in Boston, USA. The lease agreement is for 18.5 years and occupancy will take place in early 2019, when PTC moves its global headquarters to 121 Seaport. With this first lease, the building is 63 percent leased.
