The building developer FB Gruppen (Fokus på Boliger) stands behind the project worth at least DKK 5 billion (€670M), together with pension company PKA that has purchased the area of approximately 160,000 sqm.

Retail Property Stock Increasing in Major Finnish Cities

Finland Finland — According to the KTI statistics, only 21,000 sqm of new retail space was completed in 2015 in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (approx. 45,000 sqm in 2014). In addition, some 17,000 sqm of major retail redevelopments were completed. However, several new projects have been started recently, and altogether some 190,000 sqm of new retail space was under construction at the end of December.

Peab: Write-down by €84 M of Project Mall of Scandinavia

Sweden Sweden — The project has been reviewed after the mall was opened on 12 November 2015 and thereafter written-down by SEK 800 million (€84 M). The Write-down does not affect dividend capacity in 2015. The Mall of Scandinavia in Solna is Peab’s largest project ever.

The contract for Thon Storo ANS is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 1 billion excluding VAT (€103 M).
