Varma has signed a deal regarding the divestment of 22 business properties to the new real estate fund company Serena Properties AB. The leasable area in the divested properties amounts to approximately 152,000 sqm, and they are located in different areas in Finland. The total value of the properties amount to approximately € 191,5 M.
Large Purchase for Rikshem in Northern Sweden

Rikshem has acquired almost 1,700 apartments from Akelius in Haparanda, Umeå and Östersund. The deal consists of 47 housing properties of 120,000 sqm. The purchase price is € 202,13 M (MSEK 1,878).
Hemsö Expands Portfolio in Finland
