Before joining Areim, Kristoffer Ultenius most recently built up and headed the European real estate operations of Artmax Group, focusing on direct ownership and joint venture investments in the Nordics, UK, and Germany. He has also held business development roles at e.g. Bonava, Cushman & Wakefield, and GE Real Estate.
