Stendörren Fastigheter has, through two separate transactions, acquired the warehouse and light industrial properties Martinkyläntie 52, Vantaa and Kanalholmen 20, Hvidovre from private sellers. The total agreed property value amounts to the equivalent of SEK 92 million (EUR 8.2 million) and the total leasable area amounts to approximately 10,500 square meters. The properties are fully let and very well located in their respective markets. The annual net operating income is estimated to be the equivalent of approximately SEK 7.6 million (EUR 0.67 million). Possession took place on 14 and 17 February 2025.
