The data, published in the latest monthly update from ownership analytics firm Holdings and reported by Nyhetsbyrån Direkt, shows that as of March 27, Fredriksen, throught Geveran Trading, controls nearly 52.8 million shares in Fabege, corresponding to 16.0 percent of the total shares.

 

With this acquisition, Fredriksen surpasses previous majority shareholder Backahill, which now holds 15.9 percent of the company.

 

Fredriksen’s involvement in Fabege first became public in May 2023, and he has since steadily increased his ownership through multiple transactions. His growing stake signals a continued interest in the Swedish property market and positions him as a key player in Fabege’s future direction.
