Situated in Hornsyld, the three-building property is located near the Triangle Area in Jutland, one of Denmark’s key logistics hubs. This strategic location provides excellent access for transporting goods to major Danish cities and the German border. As part of ongoing ESG initiatives, the property was recently converted to district heating.

This letting was completed in conjunction with the departure of the previous tenant, System Transport. TyreProff was quickly identified as a new occupier, and through proactive negotiation and asset management, the M7 team successfully secured the letting.

“This is the second time in recent years that we have managed to re-let the Hornsyld property on an almost back-to-back basis. This demonstrates the continued strength of the industrial and logistics market in Denmark, driven by occupier demand for well-located last-mile properties. Hornsyld's proximity to the Triangle Area – one of Denmark’s most important logistics hubs—further reinforces its appeal. We are pleased to have acted swiftly to secure this letting, which is a testament to our proactive team of asset managers on the ground,” says Mikkel Seitzberg Mikkelsen at M7 Real Estate.
