Revelop is set to implement comprehensive value creating initiatives including significant investments in the lettable areas and technical installations to future-proof the asset, which aligns with Revelop's strategy of transforming assets with untapped potential into high-yielding investments.

The asset is located on a 30,000 square meters plot along Kungsgatan, only two kilometers from Uppsala's city centre. The redevelopment of the Kungsängen area has been underway for many years and densification is expected to continue in the future. Uppsala municipality's goal is to create a mixed urban environment, serving as an extension of the city centre.

"This acquisition again proves our ability to identify and act on assets with significant potential in submarkets experiencing structural growth. Uppsala is undergoing dynamic urban expansion and this asset provides a unique opportunity to be part of creating value for both our investors and the area," says Thomas Sipos, CEO & Executive Partner at Revelop.

Under Revelop's latest value-add fund, with capital commitments of over EUR 0,34 billion, the company has acquired 27 assets with an aggregated acquisition cost of EUR 0,19 billion as of June 2025.
