The acquisitions comprise a total lettable area of approximately 8,800 square metres, as well as substantial land areas for vehicle parking, loading and outdoor storage. The average remaining lease term is just over seven years.

"The properties in Rosersberg and Botkyrka are located in well-established commercial and industrial areas in the Stockholm region and are let to tenants whose operations depend on their premises and locations. The acquisitions provide stable cash flow from day one and contribute to our growth in income from property management per share," says Oscar Lekander, CEO of Hagabacken.

The acquisitions strengthen Hagabacken's presence in the Stockholm region within the warehouse and light industrial segments, which constitute the company's primary focus.
