The transaction includes two fully leased office buildings in the centrally located High5ive complex. The properties – tenanted by companies such as PWC, Hitachi Energy, and Business Link – comprise a total of 23,600 square meters and are certified to the LEED Platinum standard.

"This is exactly the type of investment we are looking for: modern, sustainable buildings in growing cities with strong demand. The fact that we are able to continue expanding internationally, despite a tougher market environment, demonstrates the strength of our model and our commitment to investing," says Sofia Granlund, CEO of Stena Real Estate AB.

The properties are being acquired from a fund managed by Niam and complement Stena Real Estate’s existing holdings in High5ive, where the company has owned a third building since 2022. With a presence in Krakow, Warsaw, and Wroclaw, Stena Real Estate has quickly established itself as an active and long-term player in the Polish office market.

"We believe in Poland. The market is professional, demand remains stable, and we continue to see a need for well-located office space. This is a long-term investment that further strengthens our international platform," says Sofia Granlund.
