Eden Living builds 42 high-quality rental apartments, ranging from studios to family homes. The cooling system will be installed to enhance living comfort. The property will also include a rooftop play area for children and a rooftop sauna.

The residential building will be constructed close to the Kivenlahti metro station, providing excellent access to public transport. The EPC A-rated building will be EU Taxonomy aligned. The BREEAM In-Use environmental certification will be pursued for the property.

Construction work starts immediately, and the property will be constructed by Fira Rakennus Oy.
