Allan Strand Olesen joins from his role as CIO/Chief Investment Officer and Partner at the pan-Nordic real estate investor and fund manager Genesta Property Nordic, where he was responsible for growth and sales strategies as well as investment and portfolio strategies across the Nordic region.
According to CEO Carsten Gørtz Petersen, the timing is exactly right:

Specifically, Carsten points to a number of key responsibilities for the new Sales Director, who will formally hold the title of Chief Commercial Officer:
- Develop and lead Colliers Denmark’s commercial strategy
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and a value-creating client experience
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Strengthen Colliers’ market position

Allan Strand Olesen is 58 years old and lives in Holte. Upon joining in the second quarter, he will become part of the executive management and partner group at Colliers Denmark, which – alongside Colliers’ European organisation – comprises nine Danish partners.
