AP Ejendomme has appointed Henrik Steenstrup as its new Chief Executive Officer. Since 2019, he has served as Property Director at By & Havn.

Henrik Steenstrup will take up the position on 1 October 2026.

With this appointment, AP Ejendomme gains a CEO with extensive experience in the real estate sector, investment, and commercial leadership. At By & Havn, Henrik Steenstrup has been responsible for the company's real estate operations, including major urban development projects. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Nordea Ejendomsinvestering, Nordea Investment Management, Nordea Capital Markets & Savings, LD Equity, and Danske Bank.

It was therefore essential for us to appoint a CEO with deep real estate expertise, strong commercial acumen, and extensive investment experience. We have found that profile in Henrik Steenstrup.
