On August 5, major shareholder Aker Property Group purchased 4.5 million shares in Sveafastigheter. The shares were acquired at a price of SEK 31.73 per share, representing a transaction value of SEK 142.8 million. This is disclosed in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.
Aker has been a major shareholder in Sveafastigheter since October last year and now controls 9.75 percent of the capital. With this holding, it is the company's second-largest shareholder after SBB, which owns 62.15 percent of the capital and votes.
The Norwegian company is represented on Sveafastigheter's Board of Directors by Jens-Fredrik Jalland.
