The UK-based company Generator Hostels operates leading edge design hostels located in a number of Europe’s major cities (Barcelona, Berlin, Dublin, Hamburg, Copenhagen, London, Venice, Paris, Rome, and Amsterdam).

The hostel in Stockholm will open in 2016. Located close to the city centre at Torsgatan 10, it will be the eleventh in the Generator Hostels’ European network. The lease contract concluded with Alecta includes 8,500 sqm and 250 rooms.

Generator is owned by a UK fund Patron Capital Partners which invests primarily in the European real estate market.
