The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 20,200 sq.m. and primarily consist of warehouse premises. Transfer of possession of the property in Svedala is planned to be on 7 December 2021 whereas transfer of possession of the property in Sollentuna is planned to be on 16 December 2021.
