Green Park thereby strengthens its position in another one of Stockholm's leading growth municipalities. This means that Green Park now owns and manages over 3,000 parking spaces in the Stockholm region.

The property is located in central Nacka on Sicklaön, Värmdövägen 171, under Stadsporten, a newly built block with high architectural values. The design is inspired by 19th-century boulevard architecture and developed by Storstaden Bostad. The garage is fully let on a 25-year lease with two housing associations and includes a total of 104 spaces and two commercial premises.
Green Park has a strong focus on sustainability and digitalisation. The property company today owns and manages some of Sweden's most modern garages in which electric car charging is a matter of course and which offer a range of services and services, for example lockers for goods delivery, dry cleaning and food deliveries as well as environmentally friendly car wash, vehicle pool and more.
