The portfolio consisting of three combination properties was sold at the end of last year. The buyer is the local property investors Kaare Arnstad and Hasle staket. According to Estate Nyheter the purchase price exceeded EUR 16M.
 
The three divested properties were Nardo Road 10, Hornberg Road en and Magnus Lagabøters sätt 8. Nardo Road 10 encompasses 3,700 sqm, with tenants such as Force Technology and Victoria. De largest property in the portfolio is Magnus Lagabøters väg 8, a property of 5,700 sqm that is leased to Heidenreich and Oras among others.
