Folksam acquires Hertziahuset from Vasakronan

Sweden — The Folksamgruppen has acquired the property Nordstaden 21:1 – better known as Hertziahuset – in central Gothenburg for SEK 307 million from Vasakronan. The property, located at Packhusplatsen 2, comprises 4,913 square meters of leasable area, and possession was transferred on 17 February 2026.

Genesta sells office property in central Stockholm

Sweden — Genesta sells the office property Art8n, also known as Repslagaren 34, on behalf of its fund GNRE Fund III. The 6,100 square meter building is located at Linnégatan 18 in Östermalm, Stockholm, just steps from Stureplan and Humlegården. The buyer is the Folksam Group.

CBRE IM sells to Folksam

Sweden — KPA Pension, part of the Folksam Group, has acquired rental residential properties in Sigtuna and Lund from CBRE Investment Management. The assets comprise 212 apartments in Sigtuna and 169 apartments in Lund, located in areas with strong transport connections and proximity to green spaces.

Sweden — In Central Nacka, close to the future metro, Wallenstam has constructed Nacka Grace – block with 169 rental apartments and 12 commercial premises, inspired by the Swedish Grace design movement of the 1920s. Wallenstam is now selling the prized property to KPA Pension, which is part of the Folksam Group, for an agreed property value of SEK 822 million (EUR 73 million).

DLL relocates its Swedish HQ to Kungsbrohuset

Sweden — Newsec, on behalf of Folksam, has signed a new lease agreement with De Lage Landen Finans (DLL), which is relocating its Swedish headquarters to Kungsbrohuset in central Stockholm. The lease covers approximately 1,500 square meters of office space, with move-in planned for December 2025.

Folksam makes major acquisition from NCC

Sweden — NCC is divesting the Yrket 4 office project in the City of Solna, Sweden, to KPA Tjänstepensionsförsäkring AB, which is part of the Folksam Group. NCC will develop the property into a new head office for the public authority Svenska kraftnät.
