Sweden Sweden — KPA Pension, part of the Folksam Group, has acquired rental residential properties in Sigtuna and Lund from CBRE Investment Management. The assets comprise 212 apartments in Sigtuna and 169 apartments in Lund, located in areas with strong transport connections and proximity to green spaces.

Wallenstam is now selling the prized property to KPA Pension, which is part of the Folksam Group, for an agreed property value of SEK 822 million (EUR 73 million).

DLL relocates its Swedish HQ to Kungsbrohuset
