Nyfosa sells to Blackstone

Sweden Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest 9 light-industrial and warehouse properties with a total lettable area of 58,000 square meters. The properties are located in Burlöv, Gothenburg, Haninge, Huddinge and Härryda. The agreed property value amounts to MSEK 761 (EUR 65.6 million).

Castellum sells properties for approximately EUR 78 million

Sweden Sweden — Castellum is selling five properties for a total of approximately SEK 900 million (EUR 77.8 million), in line with the carrying amounts. The properties comprise a portfolio of four retail properties in Nyköping, Jönköping and Linköping that are being sold for approximately SEK 600 milllion (EUR 51.7 million). In addition, an industrial property in Västerås is being divested for approximately SEK 300 million (EUR 25.9 million).

Colliers' Nordic CEO: This is when the real estate market will turn

Nordika becomes major shareholder in Norwegian KMC Properties

Norway Norway — KMC Properties has agreed with Nordika for an equity injection, enabling further growth and financing of the acquisition of seven new properties. Nordika will invest NOK 275 million (EUR 24.4 million) at a price of NOK 5.5 (EUR 0.49) per share, representing 12.7 percent of the shares outstanding in KMC. It is an off-market deal with Logistic Contractor A/S, which is part of the Wästbygg Gruppen. It is Genesta's sixth logistics acquisition in two years.
