SRV and Ilmarinen Sign Agreement on Nearly 500 housing units

Finland Finland — SRV has signed a framework agreement with Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company for the construction of 430 rental housing units in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. In addition, the package includes 41 already completed housing units in Helsinki and Vantaa in accordance with deals concluded at the end of 2015. The total value of the agreement is approximately € 100 M.

Sweden Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has signed a land transfer agreement with the Helsingborg Municipality concerning the properties Antikvarien 1 and Arkeologen 1 in Maria station, Helsingborg. Magnolia also signed an agreement with SPP Fastigheter AB concerning the sale of 345 rental apartments that are to be developed on the properties. The property value at completion amounts to approximately MSEK 550 (€60M).

Veidekke To Build Environmentally-certified Offices in Malmö

Sweden Sweden — Wihlborgs has awarded Veidekke the contract to build the Sirius office building in the Nyhamn development area in Malmö. All of Wihlborgs' properties are given environmental certification, and Sirius will have the highest classification, which is Miljöbyggnad Gold. The project is a collaborative contract valued nearly €20 M (SEK 180 million).

New Office Building To Be Built in Helsinki
