Concent Holding AB has filed two separate lawsuit applications to Stockholm District Court and Solna District Court against the company's former Board of Directors, the President and Actual Representatives and the company's former auditor and principal auditor respectively. The lawsuit applies to claims for non-liability/damages attributable to Concent's acquisition of Concent Utveckling Holding AB in 2014.

The purchase price for Utveckling Holding amounted to SEK 500 million and was redeemed through reverse. According to the expert study conducted by Concent, the market value of the assets in Utveckling Holding was only about SEK 14 million. Concent therefore considers that the company paid an overpriced of approximately SEK 486 million. For this reason, Concent is of the opinion that the acquisition and subsequent repayments of approximately SEK 95 million on the buyer's reverse constituted an illegal transfer of value in contravention of the rules of the Swedish Companies Act. In the lawsuit, Concent claims defective liability/damages with SEK 95,761,813 and reimbursement for its legal costs. The lawsuit applications are the result of the extensive work undertaken by the company to prepare the tours in the Concent Group during the years 2014-2017.
