“Despite the growth in society being low in general, the investors see properties as something that can secure a reasonable yield. They count on a good operation yield and lower value rises. The development looks set to continue in the next five years” says Morten Marott Larsen, Chief Economist at Ejendomsforeningen Danmark.
It is mainly the belief in industrial properties that is increasing. Within that segment expectations have not been higher since 2011 – but expectations are rising from low levels.
“Compared to the other sectors the expectations on industrials are still the lowest, but it is positive that the gap is decreasing” says Morten Marott Larsen.
“Stable Return the Next Five Years”

The Danish real estate investors expect a good, stable return in the next few years. The expectations are 5.8 percent annually 2016-2020, this according to Ejendomsforeningen Danmark’s market statistics.
