We will create better opportunities for retail and a more attractive city center with more apartmetns” says Bjørn Skouenby, CEO at Dowo Management, who will develop the new center, and is also the buyer along with Ivan Berg Larsen.
 
Ballerup municipality and Dowo Management will now cooperate so that the construction can start as soon as possible.
 
“The center has finally been sold, and the development will be a great benefit for Skovlunde and the municipality in general. We can now write a new chapter and give the center a significant and needed boost,” says Jesper Würtzen, Mayor of Ballerup municipality.
