Fredrik Edner will be responsible for Amaron Fund Management's business development in Stockholm and also responsible for Amaron Residential Real Estate Fund. He has extensive and solid experience in the finance and real estate industry through various positions in market-leading companies, including as Head of Corporate Finance Sweden at Arctic Securities. Fredrik Edner also has experience from Angermann, Credit Suisse, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland. Fredrik will be based in Stockholm.

Amaron Residentail Real Estate Fund was launched in the fall of 2024 in connection with Misha Moeremans d'Emaus and Ando Wikström joining as partners in Amaron. The fund will acquire residential properties from Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen in the north to Skåne in the south. The fund will focus on newly developed and quality residential properties in growth locations with a structural housing need.
