Toftskär brings extensive experience from the real estate and housing sector, primarily through his work at Riksbyggen. He also has previous CEO experience, having served as CEO of Bostadsbyggen i Jönköping AB for just over six years. He currently resides in Kalmar and will assume his new position after the summer.
