The property portfolio of Källfelt Byggnads AB, now integrated into Stena Fastigheter, is extensive and diverse, comprising land holdings and managed properties primarily located in Gothenburg and Stockholm. The assets are situated in popular districts such as Johanneberg, Linnéstaden, Nya Varvet, Majorna, and Stampen. In Stockholm, the holdings are concentrated in Gärdet.

 

In addition to the residential units, the portfolio includes approximately 68,000 square meters of commercial space, encompassing offices, retail premises, and other enterprises. Notably, it includes substantial holdings in the Nya Varvet business park, which has evolved into a vibrant commercial area in western Gothenburg.
