On Thursday, K2A announced that it has now chosen to divest its minority stake in an urban development project, Upplands-Bro. This is in line with the direction the company has taken as a net seller for some time. But at the same time, it is still buying building rights here and there. Nordic Property News has spoken to the company's vice president, Christian Lindberg, who tells us more about how K2A actually thinks about transactions.
