It is now clear that Humlegården's Greenhouse project at Korta gatan 10 in Solna will be the new home for the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. Here, Humlegården has renovated and modernized an existing building with a strong focus on recycling. The result is modern offices in an environment that offers both pulse and energy as well as relaxation and focus, and where greenery is constantly present.

The Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare has signed a six-year agreement regarding premises that extend over approximately 17,600 square meters. In addition to office space, the property also includes a reception, meeting and conference rooms for up to 135 people, lounge areas, a dining room and roof terraces. The property is certified according to BREEAM In-Use, level very good.

"We are very pleased to welcome the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare to Solna Strand and to us at Humlegården. We see the establishment as a testament to the attractiveness of the location and that our offering in Greenhouse meets today's high demands for flexible and well-thought-out environments that support modern working methods. The Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's strong focus on sustainability also makes Greenhouse feel like a good match for their needs, as our development of the property has been characterized by high ambitions in areas such as circularity and energy", says Anneli Jansson, CEO of Humlegården Fastigheter.
