Sweden — In the Slakthusområdet area (the Meat Packing Disctrict) of Gamlestaden, Gothenburg, Higab and Klövern had plans to add up to 80,000 square metres of business premises, offices, restaurants, and hotels to the historic industrial district. However, work on both the programme for Slakthusområdet and the detailed development plans for the two companies is now being discontinued, Nordic Property News reports.
