The underlying property value of SEK 150.5 million is in line with the most recent external valuation. The transaction was carried out in a corporate form, with a fixed deduction for deferred tax amounting to SEK 5.5 million. The buyer is Victoriahem and closing will take place at the end of November 2025.

 

The property has a residential vacancy rate of 46 percent. Following the divestment, Neobo’s residential vacancy rate decreases by 0.6 percentage points to 5.1 percent, while the total vacancy rate declines from 6.9 percent to 6.5 percent.
