Jens Ringö, who has served as Head of Property at Rosengård Fastighets AB since 2021, will take up the role on 23 February 2026.

“The Board sees in Jens a driving force who, with his experience of Rosengård and the company’s operations, can lead the continued development of the company’s properties and meet the needs of its tenants,” says Gunnar Östenson, Chairman of the Board.
