Nordisk Renting has signed an agreement to acquire three state-of-the-art refrigeration and logistics facilities located in Härryda, Sandviken and Luleå. The acquisition further strengthens the company's position as a leading player in leasing-based financing solutions for strategic properties in the Nordic region.

The three properties together comprise approximately 23,000 square meters and are fully leased to Svensk Cater AB, part of Euro Cater A/S – one of the Nordic region's leading foodservice wholesalers. Euro Cater, through its Swedish subsidiary Svensk Cater, is a leading Nordic player in restaurant and catering distribution, supplying restaurants, catering companies and a wide range of public sector businesses in both Sweden and Denmark. The three facilities form a central part of the company's distribution infrastructure and enable continued growth and strengthened service capacity in the region.

The deal is being implemented as a sale-and-leaseback transaction with a 15-year agreement. The arrangement enables Euro Cater to free up capital from the properties. The Luleå facility was completed in 2017, the Härryda property is due for completion in 2026, and the Sandviken facility is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
