Rasmus Wide joins CBRE IM from JLL’s Capital Markets team in Stockholm, where he worked across a range of real estate transactions and sectors. In his new role, Rasmus will focus on identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities, as well as leading transaction processes in close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners across the Nordics.

As Investment Controller, Anton Kryger will work closely with the transaction and asset management teams. He will support financial analysis, deal structuring and ongoing investment monitoring, including transaction execution, financing and portfolio reporting. Anton joins from the audit and advisory sector, where he advised real estate-related companies and investment structures.

Anton Kryger has already joined the business, and Rasmus Wide will take up his role in June.
