The property is located in the well-established Källö retail and commercial district in Gävle and comprises approximately 5,200 square metres of lettable area. It is leased to five different tenants, all operating in the automotive sector.

The buyer, Tvättbjörnen Fastigheter, will take possession of the property on 11 November.
