Denmark — The Danish Property Federation has collected new statistics surrounding the economic vacancy rate on the Danish real estate market.<br /> The Danish Property Federation has collected information form 50 property owners since the first quarter of 2014.<br /> The economic vacancy rate now reaches 9,8 percent.<br />

The numbers differ significantly in the different segments:

The vacancy rate for housing is 2,6 percent, retail 8,3 percent, office spaces 11,8 percent and industrial premises 14,6 percent.
