Fortinova has taken over two properties in Kungsbacka and one property in Varberg. The lettable area is 5842 sqm and is divided into 45 apartments, a high school and some smaller premises. The rental value is SEK 7 million. The transactions have taken place off-market and the sellers are private individuals. Access took place at the beginning of May 2022.

"The properties have a very good location and development potential. Fortinova already owns the neighboring properties, which enables efficient management," says Deputy CEO Anders Valdemarsson.
