Prisma acquires property in Lycksele

Sweden Sweden — Prisma Properties has acquired the property Fröklängen 1 in Lycksele to develop a new store with the grocery chain Willys as its tenant. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 19 million and closing is set for January. The lease agreement with Willys has a term of 12 years, and the annual rental value for the property amounts to approximately SEK 4.4 million.

YIT started the construction of a self-developed project in Raseborg

Finland Finland — YIT has started the construction of a self-developed row house and apartment building called Asunto Oy Raaseporin Norra Marina on the shore of Ekenäs’ North Harbor. Construction began in December 2024 and the new homes will be completed in December 2025. The value of the project is approximately EUR 13 million and it will be recorded in the order book for the last quarter of 2024.
