Heimstaden divests Danish development projects to Fredensborg

Denmark Denmark — Heimstaden has agreed to divest all of its shares in Thors Have MidCo ApS, Næsbyvej MidCo ApS and Atriet ApS to Fredensborg 32 AS for a total gross purchase price of DKK 849 million (EUR 114 million) and cash at closing of approximately DKK 341 million (EUR 46 million) on a cash and debt free basis. The transaction is expected to close in February 2025.

Sweden Sweden — SLP has today signed an agreement to acquire five strategically located logistics properties, four in Norrköping and one newly built property in Örebro. The properties have a total lettable area of 153,000 square meters. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 1,383 million (EUR 120 million) and the rental value in the fully CPI-adjusted lease agreements amounts to approximately SEK 91 million (EUR 8 million), which corresponds to SEK 594 (EUR 52) per square meter.
