Skanska signs lease agreement for new Norwegian HQ in Oslo
Norway —
Skanska has signed a ten-year lease agreement for approximately 7,500 square meters of office space in Christian Krohgs gate 2, which is a new office project developed by Skanska and Entra in a 50/50 joint venture, in Oslo, Norway. With this lease the building is now 35 percent leased. Skanska is expected to take occupancy of its new Norwegian headquarters in the fourth quarter of 2029.
Svenska Handelsfastigheter makes acquisitions in five locations

Svenska Handelsfastigheter has acquired five fully let properties across five Swedish locations. The underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 230 million.
Hines and Grandab acquire property in Mölndal
Sweden —
Hines, through a joint venture with Grandab, has acquired a warehouse and office property in the Åbro industrial area in Mölndal. The property is fully let and divided between two tenants. Closing took place on 31 March 2026.
Global real estate developer enters Denmark – acquires in Greater Copenhagen

Tishman Speyer, a global real estate developer, owner, operator, and investment manager, has announced the acquisition of Else Sørensens Vej 25-33A, 2610 Rødovre in Greater Copenhagen, expected to close in Q2 2027.
Nordiqus is searching widely in the Nordic region

Nordiqus is on the buying trail. The company recently acquired 13 completed educational properties and one under construction. Episurf Medical has entered into an agreement to acquire a portfolio consisting of 36 properties, primarily LSS residential facilities, with a total agreed property value of approximately SEK 697 million.
Intea acquires police station in southern Stockholm

Intea has acquired the Skärholmen police station in southern Stockholm. The lettable area amounts to approximately 6,400 sqm and the underlying property value in the transaction amounts to SEK 441.5 million before deductions for deferred tax of approximately SEK 12.0 million.

SATO acquires 602 rental homes from OP
Finland —
SATO and OP Vuokrakoti Ky have signed a purchase agreement covering OP Vuokrakoti Ky’s entire housing portfolio. Ownership of eight apartment buildings and a total of 602 rental homes have been transferred to SATO. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Emilshus acquires four light industrial properties

Emilshus has, through two separate transactions, acquired four properties within the category light industry in Linköping and Vaggeryd for MSEK 217, with a total lettable area of 14,200 sqm. The annual rental value amounts to MSEK 16 and the average remaining lease term is 7.5 years.
